In the battle over federal dollars, one form of corporate welfare has withstood attack for decades: subsidies for oil and gas companies.
How do these subsidies skew the energy outlook for America, and who ends up paying the price for subsidies to oil and gas developers (many of whom are basking in record-breaking profits)?
