Track your order or refund status with our order status tracker. Enter the order number or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number found in the confirmation email from Adobe. You should have received this email within 24 hours of your purchase or return request.
If you purchased through the Adobe Store, you can also sign in to your account to get your order number.
