Turkish President receives head of Saudi Red Crescent Authority

Turkish President Abdullah Gul received at the presidential headquarters in Ankara today President of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and his accompanying delegation. Prince Faisal said in a statement following the reception that he and President Gul discussed several topics, including a memorandum of understanding that will be signed between the SRCA and the Turkish Red Crescent Society and the plight of Syrian refugees in Turkey.During his visit, Prince Faisal met with many other senior officials, including Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Besir Atalay; Turkish Health Minister Recep Akdag; and President of the Turkish Red Crescent Society Ahmad Lutfi.
