The 2012 NFL Draft is over, and the Jaguars made a big splash by picking up the nation's best collegiate receiver, Justin Blackmon. Here's hoping the team improved itself enough in the draft and in free agency to become a contender in the upcoming season.
In the mean time, let's take a look at the Jaguars' past success and failure. A new site section provides a bit of Jaguars' history with a season-by-season review. So far, we have the Jaguars most recent season all the way back to the 2007 playoff run. Check back often -- more season reviews will be added in the near future.

The iconic Bill Cosby will be in Jacksonville tomorrow night for one performance only at the Times-Union Center for Performing Arts. As mentioned in our April Event Calendar, the special is presented by The Artist Series Broadway in Jacksonville.
The show begins at 2 p.m. Tickets range from $42 to $82, depending on the seat location and can be purchased online or from the box office directly.
For the 22nd year in a row, the Jacksonville Earth Day celebration will be held at The Jacksonville Landing. The free event is family-friendly and will feature plenty of fun and education exhibits for the kids. Check out our Earth Day in Jax overview for more information.
The festival is held Saturday, April 21, 2012, from 1o a.m. to 4 p.m., at the same time as the Riverside Arts Market.
