With one teen driving in our home and another wanting to, I thought I would share a parenting contract with you all for
teen driving. It includes tips from my
how to set the limits on teen driving article and it's worded as a win-win situation for both parents and the teen driver. Be sure to use the 'print this page' link to print out. Even if you don't want a contract with your teen, it will help bring up some talking points about safe driving. Let me know if it is helpful for you and if there are any
other parenting contracts you would like to see.
Does your broke teen need to print out a Mother's Day card? Or do
you need one for your mom? If you've gotten the gift but forgot the card - which is one of my all-too-often tricks -
check out these printable cards. Mom will love them!
Have you talked to your teen about Sexting? Is it part of your cell phone contract with your teen? Those are just two of the tips given in our article on How to Prevent Your Teen from Engaging in Sexting.
Different parents have different tolerance levels that can sometimes be a problem when your teen is hanging out with a friend and their family, but you don't agree with the rules set by those parents. How do you feel about allowing your teen to visit this friend? How have you handled this problem in the past? Do you not let your teen visit their friend? Do you try and ask the friend over to your home more often?
Please share your opinions, advice and experiences.
