Mally 24/7 Professional Gel Nail System

Thursday May 10, 2012

Mally-247-Professional-Gel-Nail-SystemThe other week I had the chance to learn about Mally's 24/7 Professional Gel Nail System available on QVC. For anyone who like the looks of pretty polished nails, but doesn't have time to deal with chips and cracks or the hassle of going to the salon for a gel or a Shellac mani, this system is the perfect answer. And at $150 it is one of the better values out there.

The system includes:

  • 3 polish colors
  • Base coat and top coat
  • Cuticle oil
  • Various nail tools
  • LED drying lamp
  • Gel polish remover
  • and a How To DVD

It works the same way as a gel mani at a salon, without any of the hassle of having to make an appointment and leave your home. It's the thing for a busy woman on the go.

It's available on QVC.

Your Own Personal Stylist

Monday April 30, 2012

Do you ever wish you could just turn your closet over to an expert and have him or her tell you what's missing, what needs to be tossed and even come up with a new outfit or two? Turns out, stylists are just for celebrities or the rich. Stacy London of What Not to Wear has started Style for Hire. In Stacy's words the goal of the site is, "To make stylists accessible to everyone, I select, train and certify stylists around the country that meet my high standards of quality, honesty, and compassion. They replicate the kind of experience I would provide in people's homes - in a kinder, gentler, not-made-for-TV way - while bringing their own sense of style."

Couldn't we all use a fresh set of objective eyes and a helping hand now and then? Check out everything the company does on StyleforHire.com.
