My
fish profile sheet on freshwater drum says they are not very good to eat. I have never tried to eat one but Donna Fernstrom disagrees. She says drum are very good and she will target them as food fish in the future.
At the bottom of Donna's comments and at the end of the profile of freshwater drum is a "Reader Responds" section. I posted part of Donna's comments there. Add your comments to this section - tell all of us if you eat drum, how you cook them and how good they taste.
