There is one item from almost two years ago that I'm very disappointed never turned into a storyline. If you recall, Helena came back to town for a painting, and we finally discover that it's not the painting she wants, it's what is hidden in the frame:

The birth certificate Helena pulled from the painting has a 1965 birth date.

So whose was it? Why did she want it?

I wonder if we'll ever know.

You might be wondering whatever happened to the character of Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore), the hunky guy who almost hooked up with Carly.

Fear not, Shawn and his ward T.J. will be back very soon, along with Molly Lansing. Blakemore has been busy making a movie and hasn't been available.

General Hospital ratings crept up, at least for the week of April 23-27.

The show gained 127,000 viewers and gained one-tenth of a point in both households and in the 18-34 demographic.
