Announced at E3 2011, Minecraft for Xbox Live Arcade is finally here. Minecraft XBLA is pretty much a streamlined version of the PC game with far easier crafting and maybe a little better controls (yeah, I said it). The promised Kinect support didn't make it for launch, but it will be updated in eventually. All in all, though, Minecraft XBLA is just as good and just as fun as it is on the PC, and if you have somehow managed to avoid the Minecraft hype until now, the XBLA version is definitely worth a look. The Xbox 360 is like the crusty old man yelling at clouds at this point of its life.
