After completing the programme successfully, you will be appointed to a management position in one of our offices.Most of the training is in the business, working with our sales, marketing and other executives. In addition, there is around 30 days of off-the-job training. You have a sponsor from the executive board as well as a variety of mentors during the two years of training.You must be able to work with people from a variety of social, national and ethnic backgrounds, have a strong academic record, have shown leadership potential in the past and relish the opportunity to take responsibility.We will expect you to work hard and contribute to the business quickly.
