NCF Board Member Facilitates First Exports from Gaza Since 2007 |

The Next Century Foundation has announced what can be described as a historic moment for Gaza that Monday sent its first shipment of 2,000 garments from the Ashour factory through Kerem Shalom on its way to the UK fashion retailer JD Williams. A second shipment of 2,000 additional garments will be shipped in the near future. |

Charity Commission Vindicates Muslim Aid |

The UK Charity Commission has today vindicated Muslim Aid's position that it did not unlawfully fund the Al-Ihsan Charitable Society. The Commission also confirmed that within the scope of its investigation it found no evidence of irregular or improper use of the charity's funds or any evidence that the charity had illegally funded any
proscribed or designated entities.

Afraa 42nd AGA Appoints Dr Elijah Chingosho As New Secretary General |

The 42nd Annual General Assembly of the African Airlines Association (AFRAA) has appointed Dr Elijah Chingosho as Secretary General of the continental air transport organization effective 01st January 2011. Dr. Chingosho will take over from Mr. Tewodros Tamrat who has been Ag. Secretary General since June 2010.
