ANHRI condemns the dispersing a peaceful demonstration on Sunday August 19, 2012, organized by the illegal detainees families. The Saudi security authorities used the live bullets and assaulted a young man due to publishing a video on the websites addressing the detainees families sufferings.
The Saudi security forces dispersed, on Sunday August 19, 2012 noon, a peaceful demonstration in which 200 protesters of the family prisoners and detainees, without legal charges or trials, in “Al-Haer politicial prison affiliated to general investigation in Riyadh, participated. They called the security forces to let them visit their sons to check them and wishing them a happy Eid El-Fatar.
As the protesters insisted not to end the sit-in until they meet their sons, and expresses their preparation to be in the place of being arrested with their sons, the security forces, of emergency, special missions and public security, imposed a cordon    around the prison to ban the flow of more families who desire to join the demonstrators and fired bullets in the air to disperse them after clashes between both sides and the security forces failed to arrest four persons who dispersed among protesters.
In the same context and almost at the same time, the security forces surrounded another assembly organized by tens of the prisoners and detainees families in the city of “Brida” at the north of “Riyadh” before they reach the prison of “Trafyah” to sit-in calling for the immediate release of the detainees.
On August 19, 2012 the security forces detained “Rimah El-Grish” one of the callers to the marsh of El-Brida and the wife of “Mohamed El-Hamly” who are in prison for nine 9 years without a trial and in addition to the brutal assault against her son “Mo’ez El-Hamly”, 15 years old, for publishing a video expresses the suffering of the detainees families after they are arrested.
ANHRI said “the sever violations committed by the Saudi regime against the collateral  opinion expressing right, crossed all the borders in the light of the shameful silence reach the limits of collusion by the world society, which has to play a pressing role on the Saudi regime to respect the marches and peaceful demonstrations as well as releasing all the detainees without trials and respect human rights”.
ANHRI asserted that it is the time that the Saudi regime has to release all the detainees without trials or declaring their charges as well as to be brought to a fair trial.
