INTERNATIONAL LAW - Republic of Benin v. Mezei
BRIEF - Where authorities representing the Republic of Benin purported to sell real property in New York to defendants, Benin has sued to rescind the sale. The defendants’ latest brief argues the representatives did not need written authorization from higher authorities to properly execute the deed. (2d Cir.)
