Turkey: bill not declaration of war against Syria

AKCAKALE, Turkey (AP) — Turkey's deputy prime minister says a bill approved by the Turkish parliament authorizing the use of force in Syria is not a declaration of war but is intended as a deterrent against its nighbour.

Besir Atalay told reporters after the vote on Thursday: "The bill is not for war... It has deterrent qualities."

Parliament voted 320-129 in favor of the bill that authorizes the military to conduct cross-border operations in Syria, a day after a deadly shelling from the Syrian territory killed five civilians.

How is this not war? Than what is war?
Anyway, in those skirmishes probably most casualties will be civilians, unfortunately.
So however you call it, this situation is a cluster #$%$

Responding to Citizens' Calls, Syrian Army Members Determined to Eliminate Terrorists in Qudssaiya City

After refusal to heed calls for handing themselves and their weapons in to authorities, and after the failure of all efforts and intervention by senior influential figures, the citizens of Qudssaiya city in Damascus Countryside had but the only choice of appealing to the Syrian Arab Army to enter their city and eliminate the terrorist groups.

The citizens, who are fed up with the acts of killing, abduction, sabotage and blocking of road committed by the terrorists who have escalated their criminality totally ignoring the intervention of Qudssaiya senior figures, are now before the truthful promise made by the Syrian army to protect the homeland and clear it of all mercenaries and terrorists.

"We came here to carry out a delicate mission and achieve an exact goal, which is why we have to take our time and act carefully," leader of the army unit told SANA reporter.

The intrepid army members could not hide their enthusiasm and zeal to help rescue their brethren in Qudssaiya who found themselves caught between two very powerful pincers; that's of their daily suffering under the terrorists' practices and refusing to abandon their homes to be occupied and stolen the terrorist groups.

This has actually happened as some of the citizens were displaced after being forced by the terrorists to leave their houses at gunpoint which were taken up as bases to fire on residents in some streets, such as al-Thawra street near badr Hospital at the western entrance.

The armed forces unit's leader affirmed that they have precise information on the dens and whereabouts of the terrorists and their weapons in Qudssaiya city, "which will facilitate our mission of clearing the area of them."

This has already begun, the leader said, as some terrorists started to flee their centers upon the entry of the Army, while others refuse to admit their doomed fate and fire mortar shells in revenge against the residents.

The army leader noted that the operation will mainly take the form of raiding and storming the terrorists' dens, stressing that it will not be long before terrorists will be eliminated and security and stability restored to Qudssaiya.

Turkey bill is not declaration of war bill against Syria. It is a maker of war bill against Syria. Turkey prefers to make war than to declare war.

The Turks are itching for their old Ottoman empire, now they are trying to occupy a country in turmoil. If Turkey was not a country ruled by the mullah then we are prepare to back them but remember this is a country ruled by the Islamist government and when they come to power their first casualty was the state of Israel their provocation toward Israel was an example of state sponsored terrorism, so if they want to revive their empire they must look and their muslim and islamic brother and not us.

Eastern European wives of Syrians fleeing war

Among those who fled in recent days was Biljana Ayoubi, a 53-year-old Serbian mother who left Syria on a Serbian plane with her three children along with nearly 40 others, almost all of them the wives and children of Syrians. To her, there is no doubt who is to blame for the carnage that forced her to leave her husband in Aleppo.
"Americans are to blame. They have been financing the rebels, along with Qatar and Saudi Arabia," she said, adding that her husband stayed behind because "he did not want to return, he was too proud."
Ayoubi said she hoped the Syrian army "will win and we will go back" to Aleppo, adding that Assad "has nothing to do" with the carnage.

Any proofs it was a MORTAR? Could Turks just use a land mine they got from EU? How do you know it was not a pure provocation on Turks side?

Jordanian Delegation Expresses Full Solidarity with Syria

Delegation of the Jordanian Popular Committee for Supporting Syria and the Resistance Approach, headed by MP Hazem al-Awran, expressed full solidarity with the Syrian people and leadership in the face of the terrorist aggression which aims at undermining Syria's national and pan-Arab stances.

During a meeting with Information Minister, Omran al-Zoubi, on Wednesday the Jordanian delegation underlined that the Syrian people are the only ones to decide their future through comprehensive dialogue far from foreign interference.

For his part, Minister al-Zoubi briefed the Jordanian delegation on the true image of the terrorism Syria is facing which is backed by regional and Arab countries in implementation of a US-Western-Zionist plot.

The Minister expressed Syria's determination to restore security and stability and to protect the homeland and the citizens from the armed terrorist groups.

Later, during a meeting with Grand Mufti of the Republic Ahmad Badr-Eddin Hassoun, members of the Jordanian delegation stressed that the Jordanian people stand by Syria, expressing confidence in the ability of the Syrian people to surpass the conspiracy that targets their unity and dignity.

For his part, Hassoun thanked the Jordanian delegation for their solidarity with the Syrian people, asserting that the most dangerous thing is to exploit religions in serving personal and colonial interests.

Sounds like Syria took out some insurgent leaders hiding in a Turkey safe house. Maybe those responsible for the recent large car bombs in Aleppo.

      Go Assad! Kill more!

When Europe is condemning Syria for accidentally killing some five idiot in Turkey one wonder whether, the terrorist bombing happening in Syria are not being supported and funded by the EU. The EU is just a bunch of idiot and clown who do not have any foreign police of themselves.
