The UK Charity Commission has today vindicated Muslim Aid's position that it did not unlawfully fund the Al-Ihsan Charitable Society. The Commission also confirmed that within the scope of its investigation it found no evidence of irregular or improper use of the charity's funds or any evidence that the charity had illegally funded any proscribed or designated entities.

APICORP net income for first three quarters of 2010 rises 42% y-o-y to $64.31 million |

Reinforcing its fiscal stability and solid business performance in a challenging economic environment, the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP) today announced a 42% year-on-year rise in its net income for the period from January to September 2010. Disclosing the results at APICORP’s quarterly board meeting in Cairo, Ahmad Bin Hamad Al-Nuaimi, Chief Executive and General Manager said the organisation’s net income for the first three quarters reached $64.31 million. The government of Libya has a 15% stake in APICORP.
