Alternative medicine is becoming less alternative every day - thanks to the likes of Dr. Andrew Weil.
''It's big enough that it can't be ignored anymore,'' Weil said Tuesday. ''It's gotten the attention of heads of insurance companies and administrators of health plans.''
Weil, a pioneer in the area of holistic healing, is in Cincinnati to promote his current bestselling book ''8 Weeks to Optimum Health'' (Knopf, $23). He will speak tonight at Music Hall on the subject of ''Spontaneous Healing,'' the title of his first bestseller.
