  • Westlaw was named the Best Online Legal Research Vendor for the third consecutive year.
  • WestlawNext was named The Best Solo/Small Firm Research Vendor for the third consecutive year as well as Best Legal Research App, a new category this year.
  • Pangea3 was named the Best Legal Process Outsourcer for the second consecutive year since the category was included in the survey.
