BBC World News has recently launched BBC Focus on Africa, a nightly news programme presented by Komla Dumor, tackling the biggest African stories and providing an African perspective on international news.
The programme will build on the BBC’s established presence and expertise in the continent, using the expert knowledge of the BBC World Service as well as the skills and experience of BBC World News. With news, business and sports, BBC Focus on Africa, is about how Africa is today: the achievements, the aspirations and the challenges.
