The Bank Hapoalim and the Israeli Purchasing and Logistics Managers Association’s Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) for September 2012 rose by 2.8 percentage points to 38.0, a level that is still indicative of a large decrease in manufacturing activity although to a lesser extent than in the previous month
