The Class A common shares have been traded on the New York Stock Exchange since September 25, 1997. From April 27, 1967 until January 13, 1969, the Company's Class A common stock traded over the counter. From January 14, 1969, until September 24, 1997, the shares were traded on the American Stock Exchange. The Class B shares are not publicly traded.

Can I buy Class A shares directly from the Company?
No. At the current time, you cannot buy shares directly from the Company. However, once you own at least one share registered in your name, you are eligible to enroll in the Company's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan administered by BNY Mellon Shareowner Services (see below), and you may purchase a limited number of additional shares for a transaction processing fee.
