  Marxism — Rule by the intelligent middle-class

  Capitalism is ruled by the rich ruling class, the 25% most intelligent.
  For they hoard 80% of wealth and create a government where
  deadly force is used to create a paradise for those most intelligent
  to “Be All You Can Be,” take all you can take, own all you can own
  and to be a dictator over all that you own.

  On the other hand, communism is ruled by the 25% educated
  middle-class, as they hoard 80% of wealth and create a government
  where deadly force is used to create a mutual gratification society
  within the middle-class. A society of middle-speed thinkers where
  everyone gives equal gifts expecting equal in return. A society
  where each member is free to enrich themselves upon the misery of
  anyone in the uneducated laboring class.

  Problem is, just like Russia, eventually the rich nobility regain control
  and create a gangster capitalism most unfair.

  So, what if the 25% most wealthy and intelligent were allowed to
  rule business, while only the 75% least wealth were allowed to vote
  or have anything to do with politics?

  Anyway, lets give it a try for four years and see what happens.
