Russia Accuses US of Exaggerating Syrian Chemical Weapons Threat
Russian FM claimed the huffing about Syria's chemical weapons was used to justify NATO putting Patriot missiles in Turkey
The Russian government on Tuesday claimed the West was knowingly overstating the threat from the Syrian regime’s chemical weapons stockpiles
The US and its NATO allies this week issued bombastic statements about a “red line” for military intervention in Syria if the regime of Bashar al-Assad uses chemical weapons on its people. Other reports cited anonymous sources claiming Assad had been mixing new combinations of toxins and moving them to various locations.
“Foreign minister Sergei Lavrov declared that there had been an exaggeration of the threat faced by Turkey to justify NATO’s deployment of Patriot missile batteries and the move will end up adding to the tension in the region,” reports The Independent.
In explaining the deliberate exaggeration and perhaps fabrication of the Syrian chemical weapons threat, Lavrov explained that “as soon as we get these rumours [about chemical weapons] we engage in constructive demarche; when we get confirmation that nothing of that type is happening we share this information with our American colleagues.”
The new bombast was featured directly alongside NATO’s decision to station Patriot missiles in Turkey along the Syrian border. Officials denied they would be used for offensive purposes.

People can come to different conclusions about what was "said" by Mr. Putin…the lame-stream idiots typically cherry pick statements and use them out of context. They also tend to 'see' and 'hear' what they want to 'see' and 'hear'…that seems to be a common theme in the lame-stream…
Mr. Putin's comment I found most interesting was:
"As for the Patriot system, first, it's not the world best one. It is out-of-date."
This statement comes around the 4:35 mark.
He also had some choice words about 'Libya' "situation" which comes around the 5:00 mark, which I found interesting…
Anyway…we'll see what happens and how this all plays out…

Putin is in cooperation with the war criminal Obama and ISRAEL. Putin is a liar who is cooperating with Obama against Assad to obtain concessions from the war criminal at the black house. It is interesting to see the 'progressives' and phony 'left' present Russia, a criminal state, and China as 'victims' due to their dumbness. This is an asset for Russia since Putin and other Russian officials have cashed in by keeping the 'progressives' as dumb as they are to gain more concession without firing a shot and presenting themselves as 'victim' to buy sympathy from many sheeples in the West. Down with Both Putin and Obama, war criminals and liars.
