African infiltrators head for the border with Israel .
It is linked with a very big regional network
Severe criticisms were directed from Canada , Australia and USA, on the illicit trafficking process
This network includes Sudan , Egypt , Libya , and Israel . The issue turned to be a commercial process, a kind of trade,
where these humans are sold and purchased...

For the owners of black faces, there is another story in the search for freedom.
[music]
It starts with kidnapping them in Sudan , and ends in Israel ; a long journey of pain experienced through torture.

Does the Ministry of Foreign Affairs know that some Africans are kidnapped and tortured on the Egyptian territories?
Actually not. The information we have is that some infiltrations take place.
Some African infiltrators head for the border with Israel .
But we do not have any idea that anything of what you have mentioned takes place in Egypt . If this happens, necessarily,
the Egyptian government, including all concerned bodies, the Ministry of Interior and other agencies,
must intervene to stop it, because this is a real offense for Egypt .
Smuggling and torturing Africans in Sinai is linked
to a very big regional network; starts from Eritrea and Ethiopia ,
particularly Eritrea , and some African countries, from which they head for Sudan . In Sudan , some go to the so called
Shaharab camp. This camp is designated for those who want to immigrate or travel. And there is a tribe called Rashaidah
that is responsible to take and let them pass through the Red Sea Mountains to Egypt .
Afterwards, they deliver these smuggled people to some
Egyptian Bedouins
They are transported to Sinai , to Al - Mahdia district, from which they have access to Israel , in coordination with
traders in Israel , to be employed as cheap labor. And currently , they are used in the construction of the Wall, and also
some of them are recruited among the troops on the border.
Two years ago, I attended
UN International Council for Human Rights, when the Egyptian file was being discussed for the first time in the field of
human rights. Severe criticisms were directed from Canada , Australia and the United States of America ,
on the illicit smuggling and killing of African immigrants on the Egyptian- Israeli border, while crossing, with the
assistance of organized groups in Sinai . The Egyptian forces shot them as they cross
the border line adjacent to Palestine and Israel . The smuggling of Africans to Egypt are executed through illegal ways,
through human trafficking organized gangs. Such gangs may be composed of Egyptians only or foreigners with Egyptians.
As for what happens in Sinai , this is a completely different story.
The process was all about trafficking, selling and buying.
Sinai is exploited as a transit station. These people are supposed to cross Israel through crossing the barbed wire on
the border. This barbed wire has three parts
from which such large number of people can easily enter
through jumping the first and second wires, and reach the
third which is at the Israeli side.
Of course, before entering, there is an agreed upon sum
these people have to pay to be allowed to pass. Some are
categorized as first class who came specifically to go to
Israel . Such category, being identified as first -class, does
not find difficulty
for they pay respectfully; and they already know that they are heading for Israel .
This is the story of Essam , he narrated during his trip from the hospital to the morgue.
My name is Essam Abdullah Mohammed Aden , born in the Red Sea
Governorate . Actually, I did not came by the virtue of legal
procedures; I came by sea
Did you originally know or were you planning to go to Israel ?
] I tried to reach it but I failed [...
What happened exactly?
The Bedouins left you away at the barbed wire? -Yes.
Yes.
How were you shot? Who shot you?
The Egyptian army.
The border guards?
Yes, the border guards. We moved around two or one and half o'clock
Have you by that time arrived the barbed wire or not?
We jumped the first wire and they shot us at the second .
So you crossed the first wire?
Yes, I did and was shot at the second .
The second at the Israeli side?
No, this wire is Egyptian
The second is Egyptian?
Yes, and the third is Israeli .
I just wanted to make a better future for my son, but I failed.
Are your father and mother alive?
I'd like to thank them. Yes, they are alive.
Do you want to tell them anything?
Actually, I'd like to thank them
I'd like to thank them for they prayed for me to go there, but it's God will; I failed to reach it. I will go back and
try to build a future in another place.
In the Name of Allah , the Most Merciful, the Most
Compassionate.
urely we belong to God and to Him shall we return..." Here,
in Arish graves,
in the graves of Muslims, Essam lies.

With respect to illegal immigration, of course you agree with me that any state has the right to maintain its
sovereignty, and to prevent such immigration from taking place on its territory.
The issue has even developed and grew in 2006 whereas
such mafia started. And of course, any mafia in the world
builds its own network.
This network included
Sudan , Egypt , Libya , and Israel . The issue turned to be a
commercial process, a kind of trade, where these humans are
sold and purchased.
There are even more repulsive ways; where an agreement on a certain sum is made against helping them to cross the border
to Israel for work, but in the midway, the smugglers tell them that the agreed amount is too low and ask them to pay
more. Whoever may have money pays, but the people who do not have any more
get tortured to contact and ask anybody to send them money. The methods of torture are really horrible. Some told us
that they got enchained with a single metal chain to be flooded in water and then electrified.
The Sudanese get through airports.
They can enter Israel without any problems.
The Sudanese do not get tortured.
As for the Eritrean, all his journey is made through smuggling; starting from leaving his own country till he reaches
there. Upon leaving his country, he heads for Sudan ,
where Rashaidah takes and accompanies him
to cross the Sudanese region, all of Sudan , and then accompanies him to enter Egypt . At this point, they tell him,
"Listen, you will not get out of here unless an amount of USD 33,000 is transferred".
USD 33,000 can barely buy a car like this.
They threaten him that he would not get out of there, unless he would bring them such amount . "Only after receiving such
amount, I can accompany you to Israel ." Out of torture, one may beg them, "Kill me".
He dies. They throw him just like that.
When they see that their companion has died, they
immediately agree, and may call Eritrea and ask them to sell
the house.

Yasser . -Full name, please
Yasser Ibrahim Harun Yahya
OK, how did you come from Sudan , Yasser ? -what?
what?
How did you come from Sudan ?
I came from Sudan to here [...
Excuse me?
What?
Take it easy; take your time .
I told them I do not have any more.
Have they asked you once again? -Yes
Yes
And you told them you do not have any? -Yes
Yes
And what did they do, then ?
They burnt me.
Pardon me?
They burnt me.
Burnt you? -Yes...
Yes...
] Please keep silent, guys. Well, what happened afterwards ?
-Sorry?
Sorry?
Have they throw in the desert? -Yes.
Yes.
Well. Wish a speedy recovery. Can any of you guys just open the second room?

Concentrated sulfuric acid! May Allah avenge and punish them.
This is an example of people who did not know
that they were going to Israel . They tell them that they will let them go to Lebanon , or Syria and so.
I mean that such people do not actually have any idea about
geography, history, or anything. They do not know where
Israel is located.
The way he lived and has gone through is even evident from
his appearance. He lived more than seven months in a
warehouse.
He experienced all over these seven months all types of torture. When we found him, he was unable to talk or even
breathe. He was completely exhausted.
Of course the types of torture are evident on his body.
He has been burnt with metal bars. Cigarettes have been extinguished on his body. He has beaten on his legs
with heavy sharp tools. He was not able to stand, walk or move.
After that, they threw him after they got desperate and believed that he would not be able to survive till they reach
the border. So, they threw him in desert.
People suffer bad economic conditions,
especially in Eritrea where the economic conditions are really difficult, and people are subject to mandatory
recruitment that starts from the age of fourteen. It is a too long recruiting term, ends at the age of forty five .
This is applicable for males and females, which makes very people keen and eager to escape far away. Some said that a
group of people got enchained in a single metal chain to be flooded with water and then electrified.
Afterwards, they give them phones to contact their families, whether in Eritrea or Ethiopia , or the people they may know
in Egypt or Israel , to collect money for them.
What is even much more hideous is what has been suffered by Eritrean girls and women. They were raped. They were
sexually abused in a repulsive manner.
Some young Africans who got delayed to be smuggled to Israel or who did not pay enough sums, get subject to
forced-labour in the smugglers' farms in Sinai .
We look forward to having in Egypt a national legislation
and cooperation with international organizations and UN
agencies to face this negative phenomenon which bleeds the
hearts of humanity, for it is threatens the lives of
immigrants and exposes them to danger
In addition, there are no services provided to them inside Egypt , during their illegal stay period ;
no services for children, women,
or for themselves, at the levels of education, health or
suitable financial aids, that might help them to complete
the process of crossing.
Mafia is mafia...
They have their own tools, people,
and ways to exploit those Africans.
I saw that myself as I
participated in the treatment of hundreds of such cases in hospitals or in jails.
I found that metal bars are used to pierce people, where a
bar enters from one side of the body and exits from the
other.
Others were tortured by having their nails detached. This is
of course in addition to burning which they consider very
normal.
The suffering of those Africans have not even ended by crossing the border to Israel . These bodies whose organs are
torn out, belong to people crossed into Israel .
The deception process starts with abusing some people by human trafficking gangs in Sinai .
Such gangs help them also to return and throw these bodies in the Egyptian territories.
These bodies are found wrapped in nylon bags.
And, of course, their organs are torn out. I have pictures for such bodies.
[music]
[music]
This is the kind of nylon bags used by Israel to put the bodies inside and then throw them inside Egypt
This kind of nylon exists only in Israel .
This picture shows an opening made by a scalpel,
indicating that a surgery has been carried out by a doctor, a specialist, who managed to make the open correctly 100%.
Also, it appears that the rib-cage has been opened in such way;
and it is apparent that the body is empty and all organs are torn out; even the lungs do not exist. Have you found these
parts decomposed and you did not like, so you decided to cut them off and throw them all away!!?
Was not it more reasonable to throw the whole body as it is? Where is the rest of this man!!?
Or where are his organs? He is empty! Nothing inside... This is an example of people wrapped in nylon bags
with Israeli adhesive tape; thrown inside our territories on the border strip. This means that Israel employs people to
harm the reputation of Sinai in this field; whereas it is said
that there are Africans who get torn out and their organs are taken in Sinai
knowing that who claims so is supposed to be aware that
any organ eradication or implanting operation requires advanced technology at a high level of accuracy and complication
to enable successful removal and implanting of organs; while all these potentials do not exist at all in Sinai . And
perhaps even more than 98% of all Egypt's hospitals do not enjoy such technical and technological potentials through
which organs can be taken or implanted.
Quickly
We were on our way...
I am a citizen from Sinai ; I was born and lived in this place which is about five hundred or seven hundred meters away
from the border strip. I confirm that Sinai is penetrated through the tunnels and across the border with Israel .
The smuggling of Africans, by the way, does not happen randomly. It takes place according to a Zionist scheme and by the
hands of a big mafia that brings and transports them from their own countries to Israel . Transporting such Africans
through a Sinai citizen is just actually the last step taken in the entire process.
It is a scheme plotted by Israel which is abusing the entire Middle East , while its main focus all over the twenty- four
hours is on Egypt generally, and Sinai specifically.
The stance of the human rights organizations in Egypt is not good;
as they, except for a very limited number of organizations, do not include among their points of focus and concern
the immigrants. Therefore, the phenomenon has not been
monitored on an expanded wide range. It has been monitored
by some reports in the Egyptian organization, where we have
only one organization specialized in the field of
immigrants, while the biggest part of efforts
is carried out by the State. Therefore, when one of them is killed in Sinai , Egypt suffers a lot with respect to
notifying the embassy and sending the body to its own country; because in most cases, during the smuggling process, the
name or identity of the smuggled is unknown.
Of course, there is no human being can accept
anything like this. This is totally rejected at all humanitarian and political standards.
I do not think that there is any Egyptian who is keen about his/her own homeland can accept something like this.
The real Egyptian who loves this country and its soil cannot accept any offence that may affect it. And this is not just
an offence; it is a stigma...
