A guilty Country trying to avoid proper punishment for its crimes (Israel) ! The fact that Israel, is running scared that The Palestinians will get access to the world criminal courts, is proof of guilt. This spoiled rotten child of a country Israel, needs a good old fashioned spanking, and needs to realize that when it is bad it is not above the law.

Why would the Palestinian trust anything coming from Israel or US?

After all, they don't get to write it.......

Israel takes notice of UN only when it suits them i/e building on Arab land etc there has got to be a day of reckoning coming to them!!!

Palestinians will soon be a politically independent state

After all, what *is* wrong with the UN recognizing that "Palestine" is a state, and not simply some undefined territory that's under the iron-fist of a foreign warlord?

Why shouldn't the palestinians be allowed to take israel to criminal court? What a mess. I feel sorry for the palestians, they just seem to be getting bullied. I am part american indian and u don't see us trying to take back all the land theus govt took from us.
