US Drones Attack South Waziristan: 17 Killed
Relative of Hakimullah Mehsud Believed Slain in Attacks
US attack drones pounded a pair of houses in the South Waziristan Agency today, killing at least 17 people and wounding three others. Among the slain was a leader in the Mehsud tribe.
At least 10 missiles were fired in the attacks and the two houses, believed to be used as hideouts for tribals fighters were totally destroyed in the attacks. Officials labeled all the slain “suspects” though most were not named.
Though the attacks were in roughly the same area as last week’s attack which was believed to kill Pakistani militant leader Maulvi Nazir, the attacks don’t appear directly related, and indeed attacked two separate factions at odds with one another.
Despite officials referring to everyone as “Pakistani Taliban,” Nazir’s faction had a peace treaty with the Pakistani government, while the Mehsud tribes had been fighting against Nazir, and had tried to assassinate him themselves in December.

Pakistan is playing a dirty game that finally will destroy it.Pakistan has been supporting all these fundamentalists group in Afghanistan which has detryed so many innocents life just to get american dollars and sheiks money and thought it will not affect itself. Afghans do not like fundamentalist and in fact love americans to stay in Afghanistan and get rid of these pakistan Cancer.Now it is time for Pakistani people to get up and along with their Afghan brothers get rid of these Pakistan ISI and Arabs faschists group and liberate the region from this deadly cancer.

Though Nazir and Meshud fought each other they had one thing in common, they both murder innocent People, Nazir killed UN aid Workers who were giving vaccines, medical people are havibng a hard time giving vaccines now as they have become unpopular with Pakistanis, as the CIA used vaccines to secretly collect DNA from them. The use of the Drone strike against Nazir was really revenge for the US Troops he killed,, but is going to cost us politically in Pakistan The Mesud Strike how ever is something that may even be supported by many Pashtun Pakistanis who are in the Awami National Party of Pakistan as Mesud and his terror chief Maulana Fazullah just assassinated the head of their political party and shot Malala Yousafzai. the Awami National Party is a Pashtun socialist movement that supports Womens equality. They are Muslim yet secular and have emerged as the greatest threat to the Taliban. is is our presence that gives Fazullah recruits to plant the ied's and terrorize the families of this emerging political movement. If we took out Mesud and Fuzzalh and their council the Awami National Party will be the future of Pashtunistan, not Taliban. I just wish we could use the drones to drop similac, pampers and medicine so we don't hurt any children and have some spy chick go in their and just put a ice pick through their skull.

Why do people think it's okay to force people (e.g. me) to fund these drone strikes that kill unnamed people without trial?
