Welcome to the new improved version of my site.  I was prompted to upgrade to a new platform by a prepubescent script kiddy who had nothing better to do than to try to hack into sites.  He has not yet learned other uses for his idle hands.  Fortunately, being a script kiddy and lacking in any original skills, they forgot to clear traces of their existence from log files.  It also did not help them that I actually have experience in incident handling and tracking down criminals.  Oops!  I have their number.  Let's play.  :-)

But the site is back up with no data loss.  Sorry about that script kiddy.  Maybe next time.  The articles are the same though the appearance is vastly different.  There are some modules I have removed from the site, so for the present, the only thing available is the blog and contact page.  Of course search also works.  Since I moved to a different content platform that provides comments, there is no further need for the forums.  They were barely used, and I was never too pleased with them.  Links from Google might be broken, but that is the price you pay for new technology.  If you find this page by accident when Googling for an article, please use the search to find the article on this site.  It is still there, but most likely with a new URL.

Of course I will be adding new functionality in the future.  Now that I don't do this for a living, I have time to play.  Drop me a note if there is specific contact or functionality you would like to see.
