Hilla / NINA /--A policeman wounded on Thursday late in the night when unknown source opened fire on him as was returning to his home in Shuhadaa neighborhood of Aliskandariya district / 60 km north of Hilla capital of Babel province .
A police source said to NINA reporter : " The policeman shot in the back ,was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition, adding that police forces cordoned off the scene in search of the perpetrators. / End
