BAGHDAD / NINA / The Iraqi newspapers on Monday 4, March focused, on the topic of convergence between the Governments of the Kurdistan region and the center and the impact of this convergence on the other blocs. Some newspapers talked about a deal between the National Alliance and Kurdistan.
Al-Mashriq newspaper interviewed two MPs of the Iraqiya and Kurdistan Alliance, asked them about the subject. It quoted the Iraqi MP, Hamza Al-kurtani as saying: "it has become clear to all that the political partners with the Iraqiya coalition distance themselves from their commitments and pledges with Iraqiya in the tough times."
He added: "This is what happened in the process of forming the government when they disclaimed from the agreement of Arbil. And when it was agreed to withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Iraqiya had been betrayed by the Kurds and the Sadrists. This scenario is repeated today. And we see signs of a breakthrough and a convergence between the Central Government and the Government of Kurdistan through a meet will bring Nuri al-Maliki and Massoud Barzani together. "
He continued: "We have reservations on these attitudes and we consider them opportunistic stands that have no values and principles, although the policy has no principles and ethics."
The MP, of the Kurdistan Alliance, Hassan Jihad that "The coming days will witness political movements concerning the current political situation."
The newspaper quoted Jihad as saying: "Maybe there will be a specific way out for the Kurdistan leader, Massoud Barzani to meet all the political blocs and to reach a new formula of understanding out of this current political crisis, in at least to address some of the outstanding issues and move forward, though at a slow pace."
On the same subject, al-Destoor newspaper / Constitution / quoted officials sources from the Foreign Ministry, close to the decision-makers , as saying : "The national and Kurdistan alliances restored the sharing map of distributing important positions in the State Department, which is being administered more than 6 years by the leader of the Kurdistan Alliance Hoshyar Zebari."
In a related matter, al-Zawra newspaper, issued by the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, talked about two more ministers of Iraqiya coalition have intention to return to the Cabinet.
It quoted, in this regard, the MP, of the state of law, Ali al-Shilah as saying: "The two ministers of Iraqiya intend to return to their posts in the Cabinet meeting, which will be held next Tuesday, just like the Minister of Electricity Abdul Karim Aftan."/ End
