Pulitzer Center grantee Jessie Deeter reports on the state of Tunisia one year after the revolution began. Deeter documents the political conflict through the personal and political stories of two Tunisians from opposing parties. Many Tunisians continue to question issues of free press, women's rights, and the co-existence of an Islamic state within a democracy. With a high unemployment rate and a suffering tourism industry, Tunisians are struggling to reconstruct themselves post-revolution.
