Director Mani Ratnam has not be working with Ilayaraja for the past two decades, especially after the director launched AR Rahman in 'Roja' in the early 1990 and the two haven't even met for quiet a while now. The duo who have given several hits, met recently in Mumbai and this meeting was arranged by renowned director Balki.
Ilayaraja, Mani Ratnam bury differences?
Ilayaraja was working on the re-recording of a film directed by Balki and apparently the director had arranged the meeting between the two legends. It is said that Ilayaraja and Mani Ratnam shook hands and spoke at length after a long, long time. Well could this be the start of good things to come in the future.
