Only 11 FBI and ATF officers witnessed the shootout, siege and fire, only two Justice of the Peace inspected the bodies. So, your guess is as good as mine as to what actually happened.
Why, for all we know Mt Carmel was empty when it burnt to the ground, no Dravidian shot, killed or burnt, Waco shootout government fiction.
