    Congressman Aaron Schock (R-IL) is pleased to announce the winner of the 2013 Congressional Arts Competition: Kimberlee Parker, Havana High School. Kimberlee’s art work will hang for one year beside works of art from other Congressional districts in the passageway between the House of Representatives office buildings and the United States Capitol. Kimberlee’s artwork is a watercolor titled “Late Again.”
