What should I do if I forget my username and password?

Your username is the email address you entered when you created your account. If you have forgotten the email address you provided in your account details please contact customer service at 1300 MY NEWS (1300 696 397).

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the "Forget your password" link  on the login page or click here and enter your email address to have your password reset. You will then receive an email with a new temporary password.
