4 Civilians wounded in mortar attack south of Kirkuk
Kirkuk (NINA) – Four civilians wounded on Sunday, Dec. 16, when a mortar shell hit south of Kirkuk.
Security source told NINA that three mortar shells hit residential area in Tazeh district, 15 km south of Kirkuk, wounding four Turkman civilians.
In is noteworthy that on Sunday Kirkuk has witnessed security deterioration when series of blasts hit the city, two car bomb and seven improvised explosive devices went off killing and wounding 71 persons, in addition to the killing of one policeman when an improvised explosive device, attached to his car, went off. / End.
