I am a mediator and arbitrator practicing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) exclusively for eminent domain disputes nationwide. I have extensive experience in both eminent domain and ADR. Over my 25 year legal career, I handled more than 200 eminent domain cases and served as a mediator and arbitrator in many civil cases. In 2005 I joined the faculty of Missouri State University where I teach ADR and business law.
