Customer Reviews
Absolutely Maddening
There should be a "zero" star rating. I am a print subscriber, and every time I download a back issue, it negates previous downloads. After re-downloading a particular issue, I give up. New Yorker, throw out this app and start over again.
Why can't I read offline? Terrible file system
It's ridiculous how long it takes to download an issue - and then I have to still have a connection to even launch the app or it crashes- hire someone good with technology please!
Terrible update
Great example of taking an excellent app and ruining it. Constantly logs out. Can't remove an issue no longer wanted. Downloads take forever. One star only to acknowledge that you can read an issue once you download it.
