Democracy Co-Editor Kenneth Baer recently appeared on NPR to talk about the rhetoric of inspiration. Baer, formerly a presidential speech writer, appeared alongside Kathleen Hall Jamieson of the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
