CEO Guru: What does it take to be a successful leader?

What is it that makes a good boss stand out from the corporate crowd? In this edition of CEO Guru, management expert Steve Tappin asks today's successful chief executives what advice they would give to would-be bosses.

For Chinese property magnate Wang Shi, having a strong sense of ethics is vital, while Starwood Hotels CEO Frits van Paasschen says having a clear vision is important.

Meanwhile, Rupert Soames of energy supplier Aggreko says executives should make sure that they learn from people who respect their own values.
