These guidelines are for users of the InSerbia network web sites (“InSerbia“) and other parties wishing to use InSerbia trademarks, service marks, trade names, or images.

InSerbia and all associated designs and logos are trademarks of InSerbia. All other product, brand and company names and logos used or mentioned on the InSerbia or any of the services made available by InSerbia may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

InSerbia Trademarks are valuable assets. By using a InSerbia trademark, in whole or in part, you:

a. are acknowledging that InSerbia is the sole owner of the trademark and are

b. promising that you will not interfere with InSerbia rights in the trademark (including challenging InSerbia use, registration of, or application to register such trademark, alone or in combination with other words, anywhere in the world), and

c. will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any InSerbia Trademark.

Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these guidelines, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise.

Information presented on this website is considered public information (unless otherwise noted in material) and may be distributed or copied for non-commercial (personal, educational, research etc.) purposes.

The use of any material from this website and quoting in mass media requires appropriate credit and link to the web page where the information was taken from.

Unauthorized attempts to change the information taken or quoted from this website are strictly prohibited.  Some related material, software, information, data and other content made available on a InSerbia Site (“Content“) may be protected by copyright law. Specific content such as articles, photos and images can be subject to the copyright of their respective owners and also protected by national and international intellectual property laws, conventions and treaties.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

InSerbia is using content / services from Google, YouTube and HotelsCombined. InSerbia provides access to information / services and media content from mentioned websites to it’s visitors by using embedded code technology. Everything on InSerbia website is done in accordance with the Fair Use policy.

InSerbia as NGO / NPO doesn’t host or upload, on it’s site or server, any media file (such as avi, mov, flv, mpg, mpeg, divx, dvd rip, mp3, mp4, torrent, ipod, psp) or any other material protected (or not) by copyright, without owner permission.

InSerbia is not responsible for the accuracy, compliance, infringement of copyright, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of other linked and above mentioned websites. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

If you have any legal claim regarding the content which is located on linked sites, please contact the appropriate media file owners, hoster or uploader.

The following elements must be included in your request:

  • Provide evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Provide sufficient contact information so that we may contact you. You must also include a valid email address.
  • You must identify in sufficient detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
