CAIRO, Oct 4 (Reuters) - A supporter of Egypt's deposed President Mohamed Mursi and his Muslim Brotherhood died of a gunshot wound in clashes near central Cairo, medical sources said.

The clashes broke out on Friday as pro-Mursi protesters marched in the Manial neighborhood. Violence broke out in several other Egyptian cities as Brotherhood supporters marched in defiance of a security crackdown.
