Joe Moraca has been using Drupal since March 2005 but still understands that it can be frustrating to build your first Drupal site - even for experienced web developers.

We love Drupal but have experience in many other technologies like:

Alfresco:Open Source Enterprise Content Management System including document management, web content management, SharePoint alternative
Sugar CRM: Sugar is an affordable and easy to use customer relationship management (CRM) platform, designed to help your business communicate with prospects, share sales information, close deals and keep customers happy.

Do you want to use Ubuntu for your desktop OS? How about Open Office or the new LibreOffice.

We also use The Gimp and Inkscape for graphics
