Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Perhaps Lindsay Lohan was one of the millions of people who purchased Grand Theft Auto V in September, making it the fastest video game ever sold. But unlike most of its users, who gave the game rave reviews, Lohan isn't happy with GTA V and its makers.

The actress reportedly says game maker Rockstar inserted her likeness into the game without her permission, and has asked her lawyers to take action.

Sources said the troubled starlet's attorneys are preparing a lawsuit against Rockstar, speculating the complaint centers around a pair of paparazzi-themed missions. In one, a Lohan lookalike begs the player to help her escape the hounding photographers and then take her home. In another, her doppelgänger is spotted at a hotel resembling the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood -- a favorite Lohan hangout -- and the player is supposed to snap photos of her having sex.

The girl on the game cover, which others have said bears some resemblance to Lohan, is reportedly modeled on Shelby Welinder, who said she was paid to pose for the image.

GTA V sold more than $1 billion in just three days, becoming the fastest-selling entertainment product in history.
