Nationals vs. Brewers weather forecast: Warm for a fall game, rain chances up late

Most or all of the game should end up dry, but as we get past 4 p.m. or so, chances that showers or t’showers move in grow to about a coin flip. Otherwise, just a touch of humidity out ahead of the front, but not too bad.

Nationals vs. Marlins weather forecast: Storm risk increases during game

Some sun should be around as the game gets underway, and there’s a decent shot that we get through it all without any bad weather. However, a line of potentially damaging storms could be knocking on the door by game’s end. Prepare for the possibility of it to arrive while out, just in case.

NatCast: Sweet evening for a ballgame

This looks like a great way to kick off the Fourth of July weekend in the city! Expect mostly clear skies and temperatures dipping into the 70s. Oh yeah, humidity is still on a leave of absence!

NatCast: Very warm and humid, t’shower risk low

Best bet is the thundershowers are before and after the game. Partly sunny, humid conditions.

NatCast: Muggy, maybe a downpour

Hit-or-miss t’storm chance means plan for the worst - a passing heavy downpour with lightning and gusty winds - and hope for the best.

NatCast: Heat is back to welcome Mariners

Low chance of an evening thunderstorm but it’s pretty sticky out there.

NatCast: Shower early, storm late?

The game starts around what may be the tail end of any early-to-midday shower activity, and they might get most of it in before the best chance of scattered afternoon storms. Still, I’d prepare for at least the possibility of a few early showers and a late-game t’storm.

NatCast: Slowly simmering storm chance

The chance of storms across the area gradually increases as we get into the mid-to-late innings. But if there are storms they’ll likely be hit or miss.

NatCast: Bit muggy, maybe a shower

With some luck, the daytime shower and storm threat will be dwindling by game time. Still, prepare for the possibility, and also for muggy temperatures in the 70s to near 80.

NatCast: Thundershower delays possible

There could be a rain delay early in this game, sorry to say. The showers should give out fairly quickly so hopefully not too late a finish.

NatCast: Perfect baseball weather

You can’t ask for much more during June if headed to a game in D.C. temperatures dip from the low-to-mid 70s down toward the upper 60s as mostly clear skies keep weather concerns at bay.

An isolated, light early evening shower is possible, but no major hindrance expected for this nice, nice night!

NatCast: Steamy... and stormy?

Hot, humid and uncomfortable at the ballpark today. A thunderstorm could disrupt the game, but it might be welcome nonetheless to break the heat.

NatCast: Muggy & warm evening

While not as hot as Monday afternoon’s scorcher, it will be plenty warm and humid as well. Temperatures gradually fall back through the 80s.

NatCast: Warm, muggy, and hopefully dry

We’re running out of time for midday games to be super pleasant. This one should be OK, but watch out for a potential shower anyway. Temperatures are in the low 80s much of the time, though sunshine and humidity could make it feel warmer.

NatCast: Storm disruptions possible

Storms that bubble up in the heat of the afternoon may continue roaming the area into the evening. While the odds are good it won’t be a total rainout, the chance of some rain is also fairly high.

Natcast: Matinee versus Pirates rained out

Washington Post Sports is reporting today’s 1:05 p.m. game between the Washington National and Pittsburgh Pirates has been pre-emptively rained out. It is the fourth rainout for the Nats this season - twice the number during all of last season.

NatCast: Showers probable

With a touch of humidity in the air, I recommend wearing breathable clothing. In combination with a light rain jacket, you should be able to enjoy the game, even if a small shower heads your way.

Intermittent light rain showers are possible...not enough to for a rain out, but dress for rainy conditions. Temperatures are comfortable - in the mid-to-uper 60s.

NatCast: Beautiful baseball weather

It’s about as good as it gets for a late afternoon spring game. Temps are near 70 to start, but fall back through 60s during the late innings when a light jacket may be warranted. Clear skies.

NatCast: Not too cool or too breezy

A fine night to hit the ball park. For those of you with a low chill threshold, a jacket for game's end is not a bad idea. The earlier in the day cold front and storms should be long gone and dry weather prevails.

NatCast: Damp and chilly opening day

Feels like opening day in Scotland! Dress warmly, jackets required and preferably the waterproof kind. Mist and/or light showers are possible during the game but the steady rain should hold off until it is time to leave the stadium. A rain out is unlikely.
