She told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / "There are militias, armed groups and political parties are seeking in various means to keep the Sunni away from participating in the elections through the operations of threats, killings and displacement , especially in mixed areas in the governorates of Baghdad , Diyala ."
She added that "We have not seen this matter in Anbar province as it has one component , but the issue of displacement may be seen in Diyala and Baghdad because there are some parties want to keep Sunnis from participating in the elections."
She called on the government to work hard to impose its control over the situation , especially in the mixed governorates in order to ensure the participation of all in the elections . "
Forces and political figures called on the government to ensure the participation of all citizens in the next election by impose security measures .
It is due to hold elections in 30 April, 2014 with the participation of 277 political entities . / End
