A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT TONIGHT FOR NORTH CENTRAL MARYLAND...THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY THE WIND CHILL ADVISORY CONTINUES TUESDAY MORNING.
