Washington Redskins outside linebacker Brian Orakpo will make his third Pro Bowl appearance, the team confirmed on Tuesday.

Orakpo initially was named as an alternate, but he got the nod on Tuesday after San Francisco’s Ahmad Brooks withdrew from the game, which will take place Sunday in Hawaii.

Orakpo, who will be a free agent this offseason, is coming off a season in which he recorded 60 tackles, 10 sacks and an interception, which he returned 29 yards for a touchdown.

This marked the first double-digit sack campaign for Orakpo since his rookie season in 2009. Orakpo made the Pro Bowl both in 2009 and in 2010.

He will join left tackle Trent Williams and running back Alfred Morris at the Pro Bowl. Williams was an original selection, and Morris an alternate, who learned last week that he would make his first appearance in place of Super Bowl-bound Seattle’s Marshawn Lynch.
