Anup Kaphle is the digital editor for Washington Post’s foreign and national security coverage. He has reported on the Afghan police and the war in Afghanistan. Before coming to the Post, he worked at the Atlantic, where he helped edit and launch new online features and websites.

He has an M.S. degree in journalism from Columbia University. He grew up in Pokhara, Nepal.
