Another clipper system is impacting the Upper Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley and Northeast with more snowfall, windy conditions and the potential for lowered visibilities. Blizzard conditions are possible across the northern Plains where the greatest risk is present. Also, low humidity, windy conditions and dry fuels will elevate fire weather concerns across the Carolinas into eastern Georgia.
