Despite a cold front passing yesterday, the mild streak lives today and tomorrow. Colder air begins to filter back in as we start the work week, and things trend more wintry as time progresses.
A tornado watch was issued as a line of showers/storms passed through the region. Damage was confined to St. Mary's county, where there were multiple downed tree reports.
Periods of moderate to heavy rain are likely this morning into the midday as a windy squall line passes. That's all out of here before a fairly nice weekend. Just don't be fooled, as cold air will return.
