Baquba / NINA / A security source in Diyala said that two gunmen were killed in a security process carried out south of Baquba.
He told the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that a special security force raided the Tahrir area south of Baquba, in a late hour last night, and clashed with two militants were hiding inside a secret den, killing them on the spot.
He added that the raiding force found improvised explosive devices and explosives inside the den.
Meanwhile, the source noted that another joint security force killed a gunman after clashing with him near an abandoned house on the outskirts of the (Edhem) district, North of Baquba, indicating that hand grenades were found in the possession of the dead man. / End
